WHAT REMAINS WHEN EVERYTHING ELSE FADES
DAY 30 — WHAT REMAINS WHEN EVERYTHING ELSE FADES
Scripture
1 Corinthians 13:13
Matthew 24:35
Revelation 21:3–4
Reflection
At the end of everything temporary, only what is rooted in God remains.
“Faith, hope, and love abide…” (1 Corinthians 13:13)
Everything else—status, achievement, possessions, recognition—eventually fades.
Jesus says:
“My words will never pass away.” (Matthew 24:35)
God is not building temporary followers—He is building eternal sons and daughters.
The final vision of Scripture is not chaos or confusion—but restoration:
“God Himself will dwell with them…” (Revelation 21:3)
Every tear will be wiped away. Every broken thing restored. Every truth made clear.
The narrow path leads somewhere—not to emptiness, but to eternity with God.
Final Application
Am I living for what fades or for what lasts forever?
Final Prayer
Lord, fix my heart on eternity. Keep me faithful on the narrow path until the end.
