ANXIETY IN AN UNCERTAIN WORLD

DAY 19 — ANXIETY IN AN UNCERTAIN WORLD

Scripture
Philippians 4:6–7
Matthew 6:34
1 Peter 5:7

Reflection
Anxiety has become one of the defining struggles of this generation.

Uncertainty about:
finances
future
relationships
health
global instability

Jesus speaks directly:

“Do not be anxious about tomorrow…” (Matthew 6:34)

This is not a denial of reality—it is an invitation into trust.

Paul offers a pathway:

“Do not be anxious about anything…” (Philippians 4:6)

Not because life is predictable—but because God is faithful.

“Cast all your anxieties on Him…” (1 Peter 5:7)

God does not minimize anxiety—He invites us to release it.

Application
What anxieties am I holding instead of surrendering to God?

Prayer
Lord, I release my anxiety to You. Replace fear with peace that only You can give.
