Reflection
We live in the most information-saturated generation in history.

Endless voices:
news cycles
social media feeds
opinions
conflict
comparison
entertainment

The mind is constantly filled—but rarely still.

“Do not be conformed to this world…” (Romans 12:2)

Conformity today often happens through consumption.

Psalm 1 describes a different life:

“His delight is in the law of the Lord…” (Psalm 1:2)

What we consistently consume shapes what we become.

God calls us to intentional thought life:

“Think about these things…” (Philippians 4:8)

The mind cannot be spiritually healthy in spiritual chaos.

Application
What voices am I allowing to shape my thoughts daily?

Prayer
Lord, cleanse my mind from noise. Help me focus on what is true and life-giving.
