Day 37: Staying Rooted

Scripture:
“Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself…” — John 15:4 (NIV)

Reflection:
Sustained transformation requires connection.

Not occasional connection.
Not convenient connection.

Continuous connection.

Jesus uses the image of a branch and a vine.

A branch does not produce fruit by effort alone—it produces fruit by staying connected to the source.

When you disconnect, even briefly, things begin to weaken.

Not instantly—but gradually.

Staying rooted is not about perfection.

It’s about consistency in connection.

Observation:
Connection is essential for growth.
Disconnection weakens transformation.
Remaining produces fruit over time.

What does it look like for you to stay consistently connected to God?
