Guarding Your Time

Day 36: Guarding Your Time

Scripture:
“Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity…” — Ephesians 5:15–16 (NIV)

Reflection:
Time is one of the most influential factors in your life.

Not just how much you have—
But how you use it.

Cycles are often reinforced by how time is spent.

Unintentional living leads to repeated patterns.

But intentional use of time creates space for growth.

What you consistently give your time to… will shape your direction.

Because time is not just passing.

It is forming.

Observation:
Time shapes patterns.
Unintentional living reinforces cycles.
Intentional time creates transformation.

Life Application:
Where is your time going—and what is it producing?

Scripture Connections:
Psalm 90:12 – “Teach us to number our days…”
Colossians 4:5 – “Make the most of every opportunity…”
Proverbs 6:6–8 – “Go to the ant…”

Prayer Prompt:
God, help me use my time wisely. Align my daily rhythm with Your purpose.

Action Step:
Evaluate one part of your daily routine and adjust it intentionally.
