Equipping Others

Day 26 — Equipping Others

Scripture:

“To equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ.” — Ephesians 4:12

Reflection:

In Epistle to the Ephesians 4, Paul explains that leaders are given to equip others.

The goal is not control.

The goal is growth.

Equipping means preparing, strengthening, and helping others step into their calling.

Discipleship is not about keeping people dependent on you. It is about helping them stand strong in Christ.

When people grow confident in their faith, the whole body grows (Ephesians 4:16).

Healthy disciples build others up.

Observation:

• Leaders equip.

• The body builds itself up in love.

• Growth leads to unity and maturity (Ephesians 4:13).

Life Application:

Are you helping others grow — or doing everything yourself?

Discipleship multiplies when we equip others.

Prayer Prompt:

Father, show me how to build others up.

Action Step:

Teach or encourage someone in an area where you have learned.
