Walking Worthily
Day 12: Walking Worthily
Scripture:
“Then you will live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work…” — Colossians 1:10a (NIV)
Reflection:
Paul’s prayer is not only for knowledge but for practical living. Growth in Christ is measured by how our lives reflect His character. “Walking worthily” means our actions, words, and attitudes align with God’s standards.
Bearing fruit is evidence of a life transformed. Fruit is not just internal—it shows in:
Your relationships
Your service
Your witness to others
Christian maturity is not theoretical; it is visible in daily behavior.
Observation:
Faith becomes visible through action.
Walking worthily requires intentionality.
Fruit-bearing is both evidence and blessing.
Life Application:
Where is your walk inconsistent with your faith? How can you begin reflecting Christ more visibly?
Scripture Connections:
John 15:16 – “You did not choose me, but I chose you…so that you may go and bear fruit.”
