Leading From Transformation
Day 43: Leading From Transformation
Scripture:
“And I will give you shepherds after my own heart, who will lead you with knowledge and understanding.” — Jeremiah 3:15 (NIV)
Reflection:
Leadership is not about position.
It’s about formation.
People don’t follow perfection.
They follow authenticity, consistency, and integrity.
And the most powerful leadership comes from someone who has been changed.
Because you don’t just lead with information.
You lead with experience.
You understand struggle.
You recognize patterns.
You point people toward truth because you’ve walked it yourself.
Your influence grows as your transformation deepens.
Observation:
Leadership flows from internal formation.
Authenticity strengthens influence.
Experience reinforces truth.
Life Application:
How is God shaping you to lead others through your own journey?
Scripture Connections:
2 Corinthians 1:4 – “Comfort those in any trouble…”
1 Timothy 4:12 – “Set an example…”
Titus 2:7 – “Show yourself to be a model…”
Prayer Prompt:
Lord, shape me into a leader who reflects Your heart. Use my journey to guide others.
Action Step:
Encourage or guide someone today from what you’ve personally learned.
