Real Faith Is Seen in Love

Day 5: Real Faith Is Seen in Love

Scripture:
“…your faith in Christ Jesus and…love you have for all God’s people.” — Colossians 1:4 (NIV)

Reflection:
Paul connects faith and love—they cannot be separated. If your faith is genuine, it will be visible in how you treat others.

Love is not optional in the Christian life—it is evidence.

This is where growth becomes challenging. It is easy to claim faith, but harder to:

  • Forgive when hurt

  • serve when tired

  • love when it’s undeserved

But this is exactly where transformation is revealed.

Your love exposes the condition of your heart. If there is bitterness, pride, or unforgiveness, it is not just a relational issue—it is a spiritual one.

Growth in Christ will always lead you into deeper love.

Observation:
Faith produces love.
Love reveals spiritual condition.
Transformation is relational, not just personal.

Life Application:
Is your faith visible in how you love others—especially the difficult ones?

Scripture Connections:
1 John 4:20 – “Whoever claims to love God…”
John 13:35 – “By this everyone will know…”
Romans 12:10 – “Be devoted to one another in love…”

Prayer Prompt:
Lord, let my faith be seen through how I love others.

Action Step:
Reach out to someone you haveve struggled with and show intentional love.
