Put on Love

Day 36: Put on Love

Scripture:
“And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity.” — Colossians 3:14 (NIV)

Reflection:
Love is the glue of transformation. Virtue without love can become self-righteous or performative. Growth in Christ culminates in love that unites, heals, and empowers.

Love binds:

  • Compassion + kindness

  • Humility + patience

  • Forgiveness + gentleness

Without love, maturity is incomplete.

Observation:
Love is the hallmark of maturity.
Spiritual virtues are most powerful when rooted in love.

Life Application:
Examine whether your actions are motivated by love or obligation. Let love guide every choice today.

Scripture Connections:
1 Corinthians 13:1-3 – “…if I have not love, I am nothing.”
John 13:34-35 – “A new command I give you: Love one another…”

Prayer Prompt:
Lord, let love bind every action, word, and thought today. Make me a conduit of Your perfect love.

Action Step:
Intentionally express love in one challenging relationship this week.
